HOW DO I ORDER? Shop right here on our secure encrypted site using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express via Paypal.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX? Sales tax is charged based on the state the credit card or paypal is validated in. 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? 

United States: 

Economy (5-7 business days) is FREE via USPS

Expedited (3 business days) is $35.00

Overnight (next business day) is $75.00

International Shipping (14 - 21 days) is $50.00

International Shipping (Expedited or 5-day air) is $125.00

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

  • Orders placed with Economy shipping will ship within 1—2 business days unless otherwise noted. Please note that orders placed after 3:00PM EST on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).
  • Expedited and Overnight orders placed by 3:00PM EST Monday—Friday will be shipped same day. Please note that Expedited and Overnight orders placed after 3:00PM EST on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).
  • All international orders placed by 3:00PM EST will ship out within 2 business days.
  • On occasion, orders are held to be reviewed by our team; these orders may be subject to shipment delays.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS? Yes! All prices are in US Dollars and will be calculated according to the current exchange rate in accordance to your credit card. USPS Priority International shipping for your total order is $50. Your purchase will arrive within 14 - 21 days. Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

CAN I SHIP AS A GIFT? Yes! During checkout, use the gift recipient's address as the shipping address. We will wrap it in pretty tissue and box and include a gift receipt and a message of your choice. Just let us know! p.s. If your gift recipient wants to exchange their gift for something different, no problem! Just have them get in touch within 14 days and we'll take care of the rest! WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

RETURNS: Returns are happily accepted with a refund within 14 days of receipt for domestic (United States) and 30 days for International. Please contact us admin@astouri.com for return authorization. Returned garments must be returned in unused condition with tags. Once your return is accepted, you will receive a store credit to use within a year or 365 days from the accepted return. 

ASTOURI reserves the right to deny a return request if the returned item is determined to have been damaged or worn by the customer.

EXCHANGES: If you would like to exchange an unworn item, in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt and apply its value toward the purchase of another. Should you exchange it for an item of lesser value, the difference will be returned to you via store credit. Should you exchange it for something of greater value, you will be expected to pay the difference at the time of exchange. We are unable to process exchanges for international orders. 

CUSTOM ORDERS:

We love creating one-of-kind garments for our customers, however custom orders are also considered a one-time production and cannot be returned, unless specified. If the custom order does not fit you and we can make a simple one-time adjustment, we are happy to do so without charge, however if many changes are needed to be made to the custom order, there will be associated charges specified by the company at the time of transaction and/or fit meeting.
