End of one month. Beginning of another. FAITH.    

How is it April already? Despite another unprecedented year, time seems to be flying.

Over the last month, Spring happened. Rebirth happened. Spring forward in time. Rebirth of soul. Spring forward in light. Rebirth of energy. Spring forward in movement. Rebirth in momentum.

Springtime is a transition of coming out of hibernation into more light and energy. This is a transition before we come into the full warmth of summer.

Transition in and of itself is often difficult. There are moments of wanting to refer to the past for answers, but we find they are not useful. There are moments of wanting to spring forward, but there are no springboards YET. There is this new light, but we are still seeking some darkness (sleep, restoration, time).  

How do we live in transition? How do we have FAITH in the unknown?

In honor of EASTER, Faith is one of the deepest beauties of the human condition. Faith is all around us. Faith is living fully into the unknown. Faith is presence. Faith in protection.

Faith is our greatest rebirth. To have faith is to believe unconditionally.

When we remove ourselves from scarcity, we find faith in gratitude.

When we are aware of our intuition, we have faith in ourselves.

When we stop for a moment and breath, we have faith in the power of our bodies.

Faith rests in our ability to let go, surrender, and allow our internal light to show up.
